I have been dedicating myself to the make of modern bows for some decades now, always looking to get as close as possible to the needs of the musician. It is she who chooses, certainly not me ..... the stick raw wand shows me where to remove and suggests a little to who the finished bow will be destined for.
A long and accurate work, with long pauses, to allow her to memorize the curve, show me where to remove a few more grams, and definitively transform the stick into a bow, with mounting and painting.
They are unique pieces, built with a single intent, the musician will choose his adventure companion almost immediately and every time it is a magic that repeats itself, with great wonder.

In my Atelier you will be able to try modern bows for violin, viola, cello and double bass mounted in silver and ebony, (on request with other frames), wood with speed higher than 5700 ms (measured by Lucchi meter) ....
A certificate with photo attesting to its authenticity and ownership will accompany the "R. Macuz ".
MAINTENANCE BOWHAIR REPLACEMENT IN 2 HOURS
Periodically, the parts of the bow that wear out must be replaced: you can book the replacement of the horsehair in two hours or a more complex maintenance.
Cleaning the stick and the "mechanical" parts is very important, so that the bow maintains its good characteristics over time.
